Refund Policy



We offer exchanges for store credit in the amount of the garment purchase cost minus a 15% restocking fee. Must be initiated within 7 DAYS of the postmarked receiving date.


We are not able to make direct exchanges for another garment because all WAXON garments are handmade to order. 


Your exchange garment must be unworn, unwashed, no scents or smells (including smoke), no dog hair, etc. once returned to our studio before credit is given. We will not accept damaged or soiled garments. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. 




All sales are final. Because sale garments are discounted and marked down below their full retail value, we cannot afford to process store credit exchanges or refunds for these items. The time it takes to receive return packages, inspect items, issue store credit, prepare for relisting, and then packing and shipping once again makes it unsustainable for us to accept returns or exchanges on these categories.


If your sale item has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a refund, but once it has shipped it becomes final sale. If you are unsure about a purchase of a final sale item, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can help answer any questions you might have.




Because all our garments are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds. We are so thankful for your support in shifting the expectations of fast fashion to one of mindful consumption.
